You are probably right that the demographics would not be huge. However these things are not going away (twitter itself might, but simply because the microbloggin format will diversify). My feeling is that any organisation that want to start talking should get in to get some a basic awareness of how the system can be used. This is far easier when the audience is small.]]></description>

Do you know the demographics of your audience / current newsletter readers in terms of their uptake of RSS and twitter? My suspicion is that it would be low.

I suspect that once you&#039;re making a newsletter then turning it into a blog is relatively little work and comment handling needn&#039;t be onerous (if you get things going the commenters can keep themselves amused).]]></description>
